What is the Raw/Living Food Lifestyle?
A raw and living food diet in general focuses on fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts that have not been cooked above 115° F. Enjoyed in this way the food maintains its vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients, water, energy, enzymes and other beneficial nutrients. The result: delicious, solid, healthful nutrition that your body needs to function effectively and heal. Possibly as importantly, it is what I do NOT eat – processed foods, animal products, and foods damaged and/or turned carcinogenic by certain cooking processes.
Sounds easy enough, but surprisingly it is not that easy. As I enjoyed the benefits of raw food and began researching it more, I found contradictions among various raw food educators. Accordingly, I continued my study and became a certified Science of Raw Food Educator.
It is inexpensive to experiment with a raw and living food
diet to see how it impacts your health and vitality. I believe you will find you have more life
